Spoiled for choice with the colours (I would wear all three, just to do the housework if I could!!), Jovani have really created another masterpiece and will be seen on more pageant stages. As you can see from the picture above, Kelly Rowland won 2nd Runner up at the Miss Universe GB finals, in the blue version of Jovani 31100 and, although Kelly always looks stunning in whatever she wears, she simply looks like she has just come off the international stage! This will not be the last we see this gown on the stage for sure this year!!
