The end of an era, for Miss England at least

This picture speaks alot to me. It is my last walk down the runway for Miss England. I end my lisaon with Miss Englnad the way i first came into pageants, walking away with the Runner Up Miss Wiltshire title. My 24th birthday spent doing what i love, comepteting in pageants.

The first round was the famous Eco round. I made my outfit out of books after my best friend Georgia joked that I should make an outfit out of all my books! Decorated with Kiss Gyms stickers, my amazing sponsors, I had made a hat, top, skirt and shoes! The shoes broke as soon as I got on stage, but no one noticed so I walked in my readable outfit!

The second round was the evening round, and I had thee biggest heels on! No ankle strap, the wiltshire beauty queens were so proud! hehe! I had thee most gorgeous gown and made sure I flaunted it! My hair and make up were done by the fab Trinity team of Bristol, the vintage feel. I wore my Kiss Gyms sash with pride and made sure I enjoyed my moment! And not fall off the stage!

I had so much support, from my family and friends, one of the girls backstage said their mum told them the crowd were all here for hannah! Boy were they loud! But then again it was my birthday! We love a funny shot so me and Georgia took advantage of the Miss England background, and got the amazing CMG Photography to take a snapshot which of course went on Instagram (Georgia loves a good instagram).
The votes were counted and the side awards awarded. I was laying down backstage taken off my massive shoes and looking at all my birthday messages when my name was called for Miss Eco Wiltshire! I was shocked! There was some amazing outfits, so to have my outfit chosen was unreal! Made the nights covered in glue worth it! I got a cute sash and a trophy! The first trophy i have ever won! Then the winners were announced in reverse order and I was announced as runner up Miss Wiltshire!

To place was amazing, to become runner up made my day! The winner of Miss Wiltshire was beautiful, i could not compete! Plus she has experience of the finals and should do Wiltshire proud! I was so happy that my great friend Jade won Miss Swindon, as she started the first year I started pageants. Now she will always be my fellow Miss Swindon sister! Although I am too old for Miss England, i am always part of the Miss Swindon family, you havent seen the last of this face! As for pageants? I thought this could be my last one but as I look back, I still have alot to give! Plus where will i get to wear my gowns!!
